How big are the pictures you create?
For digital photos, we use a Canon EOS 30D DSLR camera. This allows us to take photos at 8.2MP, or 3504 x 2336 pixels. This also allows for prints to be made that are quite stunning at 12 x 18 inches, and are still good quality at even larger sizes. We can also digitally enlarge1 an image so that good results can be obtained at larger print sizes.
Digital artwork is not as heavily affected by image size as photos are, so there is a bit more room for growth. We can create artwork that will look good on canvas at about 44 x 58 inches. Please contact us if you have special requirements.
How long does it take to get my pictures?
For photos, it can be as quickly as the next day. We need a little time to process the images, and depending on the number of images involved, it might take a little longer. We could mail the CD of images to you, or even get them to you electronically. Just let us know your needs, and we'll try our best to meet them.
For custom artwork, please allow approximately one to two weeks for the finished product. There is much more work involved in this process, and we woud rather over-deliver than commit to an unrealistic timeframe. Please allow extra time for non-standard orders.
Do you ship orders?
We are able to mail CDs of images, and can also mail canvas-only prints of images and photo prints. We are not currently able to ship fully-framed pictures.

I added a shortcut to my favorites - why doesn't it work anymore?
Due to the growing nature of our portfolio, we sometimes need to move things around to make room for new pictures. Unfortunately this sometimes means that links might be broken, or content might be moved to another part of the website or gallery. We trust that you'll find what you're looking for by looking under the appropriate section. If you get stuck, just email us and we'll try to help you find what you're looking for.
1 We use Adobe Photoshop's built-in enlargement process to digitally enlarge images. This offers good results, but we can also acquire specialized enlargement software should your needs require it. Please contact us for more information.
